I am passionate about equity. I established a five-person Inclusive Design team at Electronic Arts, focusing on prioritizing underrepresented groups in product development to gather the most meaningful and equitable data possible.

Inclusive Design is purposeful and intentional, involving critical examination of methodologies to ensure representation and minimize biases related to race, ability, sexual orientation, and gender. Asking and addressing these questions is essential in the pursuit of better data and inclusivity.
