I am passionate about equity. I not only evangelize Inclusive Design because it’s the right thing to do, but I also focus on prioritizing underrepresented groups in product development to gather the least biased data possible, which is what I have been doing at such conferences as Grace Hopper ‘23 and ‘24, Quant Con, Axe. Con, Inclusive Design Week, ID 24 and ‘23 Government Summit.

Inclusive Design is purposeful and intentional, involving critical examination of methodologies to ensure representation and minimize biases related to race, ability, sexual orientation, and gender. Asking and addressing these questions is essential in pursuing better data and inclusivity.
