Faith McGee (they/them)

I am a customer and user experience professional specializing in quantitative research methods and inclusive design for large companies with a focus on performance measurement.

I have over 15 years of experience working for a wide swath of brands both in consulting and in full-time roles. I have had the pleasure of working for Target, Capital One, Electronic Arts, Juniper Networks, Zelle Pay, and Meta to name a few. 

My passion is helping design experiences for everyone, starting with examining research methodologies and my own biases when designing research programs that take into account international UI patterns, culture, gender identity, age, and disabilities.

I specialize in designing for neurodiversity as over 20 percent of the population identify as neurodiverse which is surely the tip of the iceberg for this under-diagnosed population.

I also immensely enjoy mentoring team members and watching them succeed. My goal for each person I manage is to help them reach their career aspirations.
